SKyPRO AG made a great contribution to the world’s Unified Communications development. Its goal involves breaking down communication barriers.
We currently have three solutions (FaxGwise, GWTalk, SKySMS) that each address a specific business optimization problem for Unified Communications. Using a new document type “fax” all enhancements appear completely in the look and feel of GroupWise. When creating a new fax the recipient can be entered directly or be chosen from a GroupWise address book. The subject, summary etc. will automatically be entered into an individually created fax draft. All attachements are converted into the fax format and sent together with the fax.

GWTalk is based on SKyPRO's soft phone client SKyCOM. This solution includes all standard VoIP functions for unified communications and adds productivity features for recording calls for later playback and distribution, and logging all call session records within GroupWise. GWTalk is using SKyPRO Hosted PBX, a state of the art VoIP business phone system featuring all important functions at a fraction of the cost of a traditional in house solution. The interface is intuitive and simple to use.

SKySMS is the latest unified communications add-on tool by SKyPRO. It is an ideal solution for sending SMS from your GroupWise mail client over a central SMS Gateway. Now it became possible to answer to e-mail with SMS, using existing GW address books. You can freely create new SMS and all SMS information is stored within GroupWise.
