Role overview:

#weareonscreen: Join SKyPRO AG in the dynamic technology center of Zug, Switzerland, and kick-start your career as a Junior Developer specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM). You’ll learn side-by-side with our experienced team and contribute to the development and enhancement of our innovative IAM solutions.

We provide comprehensive training on our partners’ platforms (Opentext, Cidaas, Nexis) and our in-house software, plus the chance to lead exciting projects and drive their evolution. While the role is based in Cham, Zug, remote work is possible, with an expectation of monthly on-site presence to collaborate in person and support project needs.

Your mission:

  • Technical problem-solving: Analyze requirements, identify interdependencies, and develop robust IAM solutions
  • Ownership: Manage your projects independently, work output-focused, and deliver reliable results
  • Client engagement: Support customers on-site (about once a month), present solutions professionally, and communicate fluently in German & English
  • Learning on the job: Master IAM protocols (LDAP, OAuth, SAML) and our partner/in-house technologies (Opentext, Nexis, Cidaas, ACDI)
  • Collaboration & best practices: Work with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and propose process improvements.

What you bring:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent qualification
  • Solid software skills (Java, XML, SQL; HTML, SOAP a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of IAM protocols (LDAP, SAML, OAuth) a plus
  • Strong technical understanding & problem-solving skills
  • German C1 (B2 with strong willingness to improve) & good English
  • Self-organization, initiative, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Professional demeanor & willingness to travel (about once a month; expenses reimbursed)

Senior Developer: Identity & Access Management

Role overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Developer with a strong desire to contribute and a creative vein to join our dynamic team.

As a Senior Developer specializing in Identity & Access Management, you will play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of our innovative software solutions. You will work closely with our talented team to design, implement, and maintain robust IAM systems that meet the evolving demands of our clients and industry standards.

In addition, we will train you on our own software, where you will not only manage highly interesting projects, but also play a key role in the further development of the solution. It is already being used by a good number of customers all over the world, from medium-sized companies to authorities to global corporations with more than half a million employees.

Your mission:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable IAM solutions.
  • Architect, implement, and maintain IAM components, including authentication, authorization, and identity provisioning.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team members.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in identity management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IAM systems.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in software development, with a focus on Identity & Access Management.
  • Proficiency in programming with Java, XML, and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of IAM protocols and standards (e.g., LDAP, OAuth, SAML).
  • Good knowledge of HTML, SOAP, LDIF, XLST as well as Windows and Linux operating systems is an advantage.
  • Experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, ForgeRock, Okta, or Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID. Experience with NetIQ from Opentext is a strong plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of open communication and knowledge sharing.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Fluency in German and English.

Role Overview:

Join the IAM team of SKyPRO AG in the vibrant technology hub of Zug, Switzerland (remote possible), and take your career further with a specialisation in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
The team is looking for a qualified and motivated developer with a strong drive to deliver and a creative, communicative streak.
The position is designed for the long term and is aimed at people who want to take on responsibility. The role requires a strong technical background and is not aimed at pure consulting or presales profiles.

You work predominantly on the technical side of IAM customer projects and, by arrangement, also take on technical demos, presentations and workshops to build trust in the solutions. You play a central role in developing and improving IAM environments.
In addition, we train you on our own software, where you can take on highly interesting projects and play a key role in the further development of the solution. The solution is already in use with numerous customers around the world, from mid-sized companies and public authorities to global corporations with more than half a million employees.

    Your mission:

    • Ownership: organise your projects in an output-oriented way and deliver reliable results.
    • Customer contact: support customers on site (about 1 to 2 times per month) and in presales with technical demos and proofs of concept, creating the technical basis of trust for decisions. You communicate in German and English.
    • Learning on the job: get to know key IAM solution approaches and leading IAM solutions.
    • Teamwork and best practices: work in cross-functional teams, take part in code reviews and contribute ideas for optimisation.

    What you bring:

    • Completed degree (computer science, engineering or similar) or an equivalent qualification.
    • Solid software skills (Java, SQL, HTML).
    • Ideally, you already have experience with IAM solutions or adjacent security systems. This is not a must, but it speeds up your start and lets you take on responsibility in customer projects quickly. Experience with solutions such as Opentext, NetIQ or with IAM protocols (LDAP, XML, REST, SOAP, SCIM, SAML, OAuth) is an advantage. If you convince us without IAM experience, we train you systematically on IAM technologies.
    • Technical understanding and strong problem-solving skills.
    • Very good German (C1, or a very solid B2 with professional experience in a German-speaking work environment) and good English. Customer communication and workshops are often held in German; training and internal communication with international colleagues take place in English.
    • Self-organisation, initiative and an entrepreneurial mindset. Experience with the way of working in agile, service-focused companies is an advantage.
