You determine the individual services required for your company, as well as the necessary maintenance readiness, and response times. Service Subscription

With a service subscription, you have the opportunity to obtain our IT troubleshooting services at more favorable conditions. Depending on the size of the service subscription, you can benefit from a discount of up to 14%. Service subscriptions are available in the following echelons:

40 hours (4%)

80 hours (6%)

160 hours (8%)

320 hours (10%)

480 hours (11%)

We will be happy to provide you with a sample of a service subscription. Our framework agreement forms the basis for all of our contracts.

Service Level Agreement

With our Service Level Agreement, we guarantee that we are ready for maintenance, such as response times for callbacks, remote access, and on-site support. On request, our technicians are available 24/7, 365 days a year, within one hour. Decide for yourself which requirements you place on the availability of your IT systems and how we should support you with it.

Maintenance readiness:

Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:15 PM – 5:15 PM

  Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM

     Monday – Saturday 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM

    Monday– Sunday 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Maintenance contracts

Our maintenance contracts enable you to hand over certain IT components completely to us. Be it servers, workstations, printers or network components. We take over the operation & maintenance and guarantee you maintenance readiness as well as response times.
We even take care of the free disposal of old equipment at a fixed monthly price. You  yourself define for which devices, services, and applications you want to transfer responsibility to us. Only you determine the maintenance readiness and the response time, which we have to ensure for you.
